10pcs HARVEST GOURMET® Schnitzel
1lt Corn oil, for deep-frying
10tbsp Japanese mayonnaise
300g Butter, unsalted, softened
5tsp Dijon mustard
20pcs Japanese milk bread
20tbsp Tonkatsu sauce
10tbsp MAGGI Tomato Sauce
500g Cabbage, shredded finely
- In a frying pan, deep-fry HARVEST GOURMET® Schnitzel in corn oil till golden brown, set aside.
- Combine Japanese mayonnaise, butter and mustard together and set aside.
- To assemble the sandwiches, lay out 2 slices of bread on a chopping board, spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly on both slices. Place 25 grams of cabbage on each slice of bread. Combine tonkatsu sauce and MAGGI Tomato Sauce together and drizzle sauce on each slice.
- Place HARVEST GOURMET® Schnitzel on one slice of the bread and combine both sides of bread together. Put a flat plate over the sandwich for 5 minutes. Remove plate, slice sandwich into half and serve.
