INGREDIENTS

10pcs HARVEST GOURMET® Sensational Burger

1lt Corn oil, for frying

3tbsp Shaoxing wine

3tbsp Sesame oil

1tsp Black pepper, crushed

3tbsp Vegetarian oyster sauce

 

BLACK PEPPER SAUCE:

6tbsp Margarine

3tsp Black pepper, crushed

3tbsp Dark soy sauce

3tbsp Light soy sauce

3tbsp Vegetarian oyster sauce

30ml MAGGI Concentrated Vegetarian Stock

30g White sugar

60g Cornstarch

60ml Water, for cornstarch slurry

100g Green bell peppers, oblique

100g Red bell peppers, oblique

100g Yellow bell peppers, oblique

  1. Lightly marinate the HARVEST GOURMET® Sensational Burger patties in a mixture of Shaoxing wine, sesame oil, vegetarian oyster sauce and black pepper for 15 minutes.
  2. Cut each HARVEST GOURMET® Sensational Burger patty into 6 piece. In a pot, lightly fry the patty pieces to golden brown, set aside.
  3. For Black Pepper Sauce, melt margarine in a wok over medium low heat, add in black pepper, all of the bell peppers, lightly stir-fry. Add in both soy sauces, oyster sauce, MAGGI Concentrated Vegetarian Stock and sugar, bring to a boil.
  4. Combine cornstarch and water. Add slurry to the black pepper sauce to thicken it. Add in HARVEST GOURMET® Sensational Burger patties. Mix well to evenly coat sauce. Remove from heat and serve.
