INGREDIENTS

1kg HARVEST GOURMET® Chargrilled Pieces                      

50g MAGGI Coconut Powder                     

12g MAGGI Concentrated Vegetarian Stock                        

500g NESTUM Cereal                    

100g Margarine

2g Red chilli padi, chopped                         

5g Curry leaves                

50g White sugar

  1. Lightly deep-fry HARVEST GOURMET® Chargrilled Pieces in some oil, set aside.
  2. In the wok, melt the margarine. Stir-fry curry leaves and red chilli padi till fragrant. Add in MAGGI Coconut Powder, MAGGI Concentrated Vegetarian Stock and sugar, stir till well combined. Add in Nestum cereal and continue to fry till it turns crispy and golden.
  3. Add in HARVEST GOURMET® Chargrilled Pieces to cereal mix and fry for a minute. Remove from heat and serve.
