10 pieces HARVEST GOURMET® Schnitzel
1000 milliliters Corn oil, for frying
10 tablespoons Japanese mayonnaise
300 grams Butter, unsalted, softened
5 teaspoons Dijon mustard
20 pieces Japanese milk bread
20 tablespoons Tonkatsu Sauce
10 tablespoons MAGGI Tomato Sauce
500 grams Cabbage, shredded finely
In a frying pan, deep-fry HARVEST GOURMET® Schnitzel in corn oil till golden brown, set aside.
Combine Japanese mayonnaise, butter and mustard together and set aside.
To assemble the sandwiches, lay out 2 slices of bread on a chopping board, spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly on both slices. Place 25 grams of cabbage on each slice of bread. Combine tonkatsu sauce and MAGGI Tomato Sauce together and drizzle sauce on each slice.
Place HARVEST GOURMET® Schnitzel on one slice of the bread and combine both sides of bread together. Put a flat plate over the sandwich for 5 minutes. Remove plate, slice sandwich into half and serve.
