WOK-FRIED CEREAL CHARGRILLED PIECES

  • 1 kilogram HARVEST GOURMET® Chargrilled Pieces
  • 50 grams MAGGI Coconut Powder
  • 12 grams MAGGI Concentrated Vegetarian Stock
  • 500 grams NESTUM Cereal
  • 100 grams Margarine
  • 2 grams Red chilli padi, chopped
  • 5 grams Curry leaves
  • 50 grams White sugar

Lightly deep-fry HARVEST GOURMET® Chargrilled Pieces in some oil, set aside.

In the wok, melt the margarine. Stir-fry curry leaves and red chilli padi till fragrant. Add in MAGGI Coconut Powder, MAGGI Concentrated Vegetarian Stock and sugar, stir till well combined. Add in Nestum cereal and continue to fry till it turns crispy and golden.

Add in HARVEST GOURMET® Chargrilled Pieces to cereal mix and fry for a minute. Remove from heat and serve.
