After years of research, our Master Roaster have perfected a proprietary way of roasting coffee. In the early development of taste and aroma, we take great care to perfect roasting parameters to deliver the best ingredients for you to craft the delicate final roasting in your store. We call this our PRIMEROAST™ - the first roast that enables many other roasting profiles, giving you ownership and control of the freshness and quality of the final product.

Colombia has some of the best natural conditions for growing coffee including rich soil and adequate rain.
Colombian coffees have a smooth texture, at times with winey and fruity notes. You can also taste the lively acidity, especially in the light and medium roasts.
One third of the world's coffee is grown in Brazil. These coffees have delicate acidity, bittersweet and chocolaty flavours, as well as medium to heavy body. Brazilian coffees are thus perfectly suited for espresso based beverages.
Ethiopian coffees tend to be grown at mid to very-high altitudes. This results in a hard bean type with a large spectrum and intense and complex flavours.
Typically this coffee has high acidity, light to medium body with fruity and floral notes.

F2 is a unique exhaust management system designed to eliminate smoke created during the process of roasting in-store. It has been designed specifically to work in tandem with R2 and can be placed in 2 configurations - either side by side or below the counter, depending on the space available in your store.
