SENSATIONAL MUSHROOM BURGER
This finely spiced HARVEST GOURMET® Sensational Burger is flavor-filled, juicy and also easy to prepare. With this inviting option, you can offer your diners the full burger experience, whilst being good to their bodies and good to the planet.

10 pieces HARVEST GOURMET® Sensational™ Burger

10 pieces Brioche buns

200 grams Baby spinach

500 grams Potatoes

200 grams Red onions

100 grams Pickles slices

300 grams Oyster mushroom
-
400 grams Vegan cheese
-
200 grams Mayonnaise
-
40 grams Chopped tarragon
-
50 grams Butter
Preparation

1Mix the mayonnaise and the chopped tarragon to make the burger sauce.

2Slice the red onions.

3Quickly fry the chopped oyster mushrooms in olive oil, seasoning them to your taste.

4Peel the potatoes and make a fine julienne, then shape it into a rosti before frying it in butter. Add salt and pepper to your taste.

5Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the HARVEST GOURMET Sensational Burger patties on a baking tray and cook from frozen for 10 minutes, turn halfway through. Remove the burgers from the oven and place a cheese slice on top of each burger. Return to the oven for 4-5 minutes, adding the buns to the oven for the final 2 minutes of the cooking time.

6Start constructing your burger in this order: bottom bun, burger sauce, onion, baby spinach, HARVEST GOURMET Sensational Burger. Then add the melted cheese, rosti, pickles, cooked oyster mushrooms and baby spinach, before finishing with the top of the bun. Serve hot.
