700 grams Fresh Seabass (scaled and gutted)

4 pieces (Garnish) Sliced Thai Lime

10 grams (Garnish) Corinader Leaf/cilantro

50 grams Chopped Whole Garlic

6 grams Chopped Chilli Padi

20 grams sliced Lemongrass (Cut off the top halves)

3 grams MAGGI Chicken Seasoning Powder (Premium Recipe)

25 grams MAGGI Lime Seasoning Powder

100 milliliters Water (mixing with Maggi Lime powder to juice)

4 milligrams Thai Fish Sauce

6 grams Sugar

5 grams as needed White Pepper Powder
Preparation

1Mixing Sauce (B) Add all minced garlic, chilies and Lemongrass along with fish sauce and lime juice into the bowl. Stir gently and taste to adjust. Make sure it's sour and balanced with a hint of sweetness. set a side

2Steam the fish in steamer for about 10 - 15 minutes depending on the size of your fish.

3When the fish is fully steamed, Pour the dressing on the seabass and continue steaming another 5 minutes is fully cooked.

4Garnish with cilantro and lime. Serve hot with steamed rice.
