Maggi Lime Powder Maggi Chicken Seasoning Powder (Premium Recipe)

Ingredients
  • 700 grams Fresh Seabass (scaled and gutted)
  • 4 pieces (Garnish) Sliced Thai Lime
  • 10 grams (Garnish) Corinader Leaf/cilantro
  • 50 grams Chopped Whole Garlic
  • 6 grams Chopped Chilli Padi
  • 20 grams sliced Lemongrass (Cut off the top halves)
  • 3 grams MAGGI Chicken Seasoning Powder (Premium Recipe)
  • 25 grams MAGGI Lime Seasoning Powder
  • 100 milliliters Water (mixing with Maggi Lime powder to juice)
  • 4 milligrams Thai Fish Sauce
  • 6 grams Sugar
  • 5 grams as needed White Pepper Powder

    Mixing Sauce (B) Add all minced garlic, chilies and Lemongrass along with fish sauce and lime juice into the bowl. Stir gently and taste to adjust. Make sure it's sour and balanced with a hint of sweetness. set a side

    Steam the fish in steamer for about 10 - 15 minutes depending on the size of your fish.

    When the fish is fully steamed, Pour the dressing on the seabass and continue steaming another 5 minutes is fully cooked.

    Garnish with cilantro and lime. Serve hot with steamed rice.
