Frozen product. Store at -18°C. Once defrosted do not refreeze, use immediately
Shelf life: 15 months
Preparation Guidelines:
Prepare from frozen; Oven at 180ºC for 10-12 mins
Pan fry at medium heat: 7-9 mins
