SENSATIONAL KOREAN BURGER

10 ounces HARVEST GOURMET® Sensational™ Burger

10 ounces Vegan burger buns, split and toasted

500 grams Round lettuce, leaves, washed

350 grams Mooli, Daikon Grated

300 grams White cabbage, finely chopped

200 grams Finely Grated Carrot

200 grams Salad Tomatoes, sliced

100 grams Finely shredded red onion

50 grams Light Vegan Mayonnaise

12 grams kimchi paste

1Preheat oven to 190oC.

2Place the defrosted HARVEST GOURMET Sensational Burgers onto a lined baking sheet.

3Place in the oven for approximately 11-13 mins

4Put the vegetables in a rounded bowl, add the mayo and kimchi paste and combine with the vegetables. Leave to onside until the burgers are ready.

5When ready take the heel of the bun and lay on the washed & dried lettuce leaf along with slices of tomato. Top with the cooked burger then pile nice and high the dressed Kimchi Slaw and then top with the crown of the Vegan bun.
