Maggi Chicken Seasoning Powder (Premium Recipe)

Ingredients
  • 50 grams Margarine
  • 4 grams Curry Leaf
  • 5 grams Chilli Flakes
  • 55 grams NESTUM Original
  • 12 grams Maggi Lime Seasoning Powder
  • 6 grams MAGGI Chicken Seasoning Powder (Premium Recipe)
  • 60 milliliters Egg
  • 50 grams Plain Flour
  • 500 grams Fresh Shell Prawn butterflied
  • 12 grams MAGGI Chef's Secret Seasoning Powder
Preparation

    Add prawn in a medium bowl, add MAGGI Chef's Secret Seasoning Powder and egg to the marinade, keep tossing with prawns til you get a good consistency.

    Lightly coat prawns with 50 gm plain flour, then deep fry until cooked and nicely coloured. Set aside
  • 3
    Heat-up the wok with margarine at medium-low heat
  • 4
    Sauté curry leaf with chilli flakes until fragrant, then add Maggi Chicken Seasaoning, Maggi Lime Powder into wok, keep stir fry for fews minutes till fragrant
  • 5
    Add cereal and gently tossing with prawn together
  • 6
    Serve hot
