Ingredients
  • 30 ml MAGGI Oriental Barbecue Sauce
  • 30 ml MAGGI Tomato Ketchup 3.3 Kg
  • 300 gm Chicken Boneless thigh cut into strips
  • 5 gm Sugar
  • 8 ml Dark Soya Sauce
  • Korean Spicy Sauce (B)
  • 100 ml MAGGI Oriental Barbecue Sauce
  • 15 gm MAGGI Chicken Seasoning Powder (Premium Recipe)
  • 80 gm 100 ml MAGGI Chilli Sauce 3.3 kg
  • 75ml Honey
  • 120 gm Korean Chilli Paste
  • 20 ml Sesame Oil
  • 1 Piece Pizza Base 7 inch
  • 60 ml Korean Spicy Sauce (B)
  • 20 gm Red Onion cut into strip
  • 20 gm Red Pepper cut into strips
  • 150 gm Cooking Chicken cut into strips
  • 50 gm Mozzarella Chesse
  • Ganish Corinader Leaf
Preparation

    Add chicken strips in a medium bowl, add all ingredient to the marinade.

    Coat the chicken strips with the marinade really well and set aside for 30 minutes.

    Preheat fry pan and stir fry chicken strips for few mintues til cooked. Set aside.

    Add all the ingredients into the bowl, whisking and stirring til you get a good consistency.

    Spread a layer of 60 ml Korean Spicy Sauce onto the dough.

    Top with the all ingredients or your desired toppings on the pizza. Add on cheese as the last topping.

    Bake pizza in the 200°c oven, one at a time, until the crust is browned and the cheese is golden, about 12-15 minutes.

    Drizzle Korean spicy sauce (B) on to the top of the pizza and garnish with corinder leaf.

    Serve Hot.
