Chicken Drummete with Chilli Lime Sauce

800 grams Chicken Boneless thigh cut into strips

5 grams Maggi Chicken Seasoning Powder (Premium Recipe)

50 grams Plain Flour

20 milliliters Cooking Oil

40 grams Chopping Garlic

40 grams Chopping Ginger

8 grams Chilli Flakes

5 grams Cumin Powder

120 milliliters Water

15 grams MAGGI Lime Seasoning Powder

10 grams Maggi Chicken Seasoning Powder (Premium Recipe)

5 Bowls Ganish sliced spring onion and sliced chilli
Preparation

1Add chicken drumettes in a medium bowl, add Maggi Chicken Seasoning Powder (Premium Recipe) to the marinade.

2Lightly coat chicken drumettes with 50 gm plain flour, then deep fry until cooked and nicely coloured. Set aside

3Heat-up the wok with oil at medium-low heat.

4Sauté garlic with ginger and chilli flakes until fragrant, then add cumim powder into wok, keep stir fry for fews minutes till fragrant.

5Add in water, Maggi Lime Seasoning Powder and MAGGI Chicken Seasoning Powder, turn to medium-low heat bring to boil for few minute.

6Add chicken drumettes and gently toss with sauce together.

7Serve Hot
