Ingredients
  • 300 gm Mid Joint Chicken
  • 4 gm MAGGI Chef's Secret Seasoning Powder
  • 3 gm Sugar
  • 50 gm whole Egg
  • 20 gm Plain Flour
  • 10 gm Potato Flour
  • 100 ml MAGGI Oriental Barbecue Sauce
  • 12 MAGGI Lime Powder
  • 12 gm MAGGI Chicken Seasoning Powder (Premium Recipe)
  • 30 gm 100 ml MAGGI Tomato Ketchup 3.3 Kg
  • 60 ml Honey
  • 100 gm Peanut Butter
  • 50 ml Water
  • 20 gm Oil
  • Garnish: Hiroshima Nori Seasoning

    Garnish with hiroshima nori.

    Add Mid joint chicken in a medium bowl, add MAGGI Chef's secret Seasoning Powder, sugar and egg to the marinade.

    Coat the wings with the marinade really well and set aside for 30 minutes.

    Add flour and potato flour to the bowl and mix well.

    Deep fry joint chicken wing in 180 DegC oil for 10 - 12 mins (Deep fry till golden brown).

    Add all the ingredients in Mixing sauce (A) into the bowl, whisk and stir til you get a good consistency.

    Bring a stainless steel mixing bowl and add 80gm of the Sauce.

    Gently (but quickly) toss to coat the crispy mid joint with the sauce.

    Lay a layer of salad greens as side plate, Then spoon the mid joint into the center of lined plate.
