Chocolate Mousse Cake
Ingredients

60g Dark Chocolate

50g KITKAT® Bites Mix-In

150g KITKAT® Spread
-
150g Milk
-
30g Egg yolk
-
2 Sheets of Gelatin

150g Dark Chocolate

375g Cream, Whipped
Preparation

1Melt the dark chocolate then stir into the KITKAT® Spread.

2Add in the KITKAT® Bites Mix-In.

3Once well mixed, spread evenly in a circle of 20cm in diameter

4Soak the gelatin in cold water, as per pack instructions, and set aside.

5Boil the milk.

6Mix the egg yolks and sugar together

7Once well mixed, add the milk and cook for 2 minutes to make the custard

8Incorporate the gelatin, and pour everything over the dark chocolate.

9Once lukewarm, gently mix in the whipped cream.

10Pour the mousse over the croustillant

11Set aside in fridge.
