2 pieces Pak choi

3 pieces Bell peppers

400 grams Brussels sprouts, raw

3 kilograms Red chilies

400 grams Snow peas
-
30 grams Sauce, oyster, ready-to-serve

80 milliliters Soy sauce
-
80 milliliters Vegetable oil
-
50 kilograms Sesame seeds
-
40 grams Crushed garlic
-
50 grams Brown sugar
-
100 grams Shallots
-
400 grams Thai basil
-
40 milliliters Sesame oil
-
60 milliliters Sunflower oil

1 kilogram Cooked jasmine rice
Preparation

1Clean and cut all the vegetables in a shape that cooks evenly.

2In a large wok heat up the sunflower oil, add HARVEST GOURMET® Chargrilled Pieces,the julienne of bell pepper, soy sprouts, chopped chili, snow peas, the chopped shallots and the chopped pak choi, sauté for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender.

3In a bowl mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, crushed garlic and the sesame seeds and pour over the vegetables and cook for another 2 minutes.

4At the end add the chopped Thai basil and serve in a serving dish with rice on the side.
