Ingredients
  • 1 kilogram HARVEST GOURMET® Chargrilled Pieces
  • 2 pieces Pak choi
  • 3 pieces Bell peppers
  • 400 grams Brussels sprouts, raw
  • 3 kilograms Red chilies
  • 400 grams Snow peas
  • 30 grams Sauce, oyster, ready-to-serve
  • 80 milliliters Soy sauce
  • 80 milliliters Vegetable oil
  • 50 kilograms Sesame seeds
  • 40 grams Crushed garlic
  • 50 grams Brown sugar
  • 100 grams Shallots
  • 400 grams Thai basil
  • 40 milliliters Sesame oil
  • 60 milliliters Sunflower oil
  • 1 kilogram Cooked jasmine rice
Preparation

    Clean and cut all the vegetables in a shape that cooks evenly.

    In a large wok heat up the sunflower oil, add HARVEST GOURMET® Chargrilled Pieces,the julienne of bell pepper, soy sprouts, chopped chili, snow peas, the chopped shallots and the chopped pak choi, sauté for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender.

    In a bowl mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, crushed garlic and the sesame seeds and pour over the vegetables and cook for another 2 minutes.

    At the end add the chopped Thai basil and serve in a serving dish with rice on the side.
