The HARVEST GOURMET® Sensational Burger creates the full burger experience with sensational taste and texture, while also being good for the body and the planet. Made with plant-based protein and no GMO soy, it cooks with the sensational sizzle you expect from a delicious burger and can easily be prepared from frozen.
Ingredients
  • 10 pieces HARVEST GOURMET® Sensational™ Burger
  • 10 pieces Brioche buns
  • 500 grams Carrot, julienned
  • 1 piece Zucchini
  • 400 grams Avocado
  • 2 pieces Lime
  • 4 pieces Red onions
  • 50 milliliters Low fat mayo or vegan mayo
  • 150 milligrams Ketchup
  • 15 grams Hot sauce
  • 50 milliliters Olive oil
Preparation

    Slice the zucchini into 20 slices. Pan-fry in olive oil with salt and pepper.

    Using a fork, smash the avocadoes into a purée. Add the lime juice, salt, pepper and halfof the hot sauce. Cut the red onions into neat slices.

    Mix the mayonnaise with the ketchup and the rest of the hot sauce to create a cocktail sauce.

    Grill the HARVEST GOURMET® Sensational™ Burger to your level of preferred doneness, toasting the brioche bun at the same time.

    Cover the bottom of the bun with sauce. Place the grilled zucchini slices, the grilled HARVEST GOURMET® Sensational™ Burger, the guacamole, the julienne of carrots, the sliced onions at the top of the bun and stack the burger. Serve hot.
