  • 1 kilogram HARVEST GOURMET® Chargrilled Pieces
  • 1 kilogram Quinoa, cooked
  • 800 grams Cooked red beans
  • 800 grams Cooked Wheat
  • 200 grams Goji berries
  • 3 pieces Romaine lettuce
Preparation

    To make the dressing, mix the vinegar and the mustard with olive oil, then add the chopped tarragon. Season with salt and pepper.

    To prepare the salad slice the tomatoes. Dice the beetroot into cubes.

    Mix the quinoa, red beans, wheat beats, Goji berries, lettuce, tomatoes, beetroot and dressing. Serve in attractive dishes.
